Do I need a real-estate license?
No. We pay finder's fees, not commissions. Anyone can refer a property.
What counts as "closed"?
A "closed" referral means we (or our assignee) closed escrow on the property. Both cash purchases and creative-finance deals (sub-to, novation) qualify.
What if I submit the same property as someone else?
First-come-first-served. Whoever submits to us first is the credited referrer for that property.
How fast do you contact the seller?
Same business day. We move fast — your reputation with the seller depends on it.
Can I refer a property anywhere?
Yes. We buy nationwide, in all 50 states. Wherever the property is, send it and we'll get to work.
