Polus Acquisitions Group ("Polus", "we", "us") is a nationwide cash home buyer operating across all 50 states. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use this website or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. By using the site, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us through a form (sell, buyer list, refer, or contact) — typically your name, phone number, email address, property address and details, and any message you include.
  • Analytics and cookie data — collected automatically as you browse, such as pages viewed, time on site, approximate location, device and browser type, and similar usage data.
  • Marketing attribution data — UTM campaign parameters and the referring URL that brought you to the site, so we can measure which marketing efforts work.
  • Technical data — your IP address and general device/connection information collected by our servers and analytics tools.

We do not collect more personal information than you give us, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of data.

2. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you;
  • Make or evaluate a cash offer on a property;
  • Send you deals if you joined our buyer list;
  • Pay you a referral fee if you referred a property that closes;

3. SMS / text messaging program

You opt in to text messages by submitting one of our forms and checking the consent box. Within the SMS program:

  • Message frequency varies based on your inquiry.
  • Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out; reply HELP for help; or call (534) 223-0603 to be removed from all lists.
  • We honor opt-outs promptly.
  • We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data, or your consent to be contacted, with any third party for their own marketing.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site and understand how it is used. These may include:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — site usage and traffic measurement (IP anonymization enabled).
  • Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly performance and traffic measurement.
  • Advertising pixels — Meta (Facebook) and Google ad pixels, if and when enabled, used to measure ad performance and attribute conversions.

  • Title and escrow companies, attorneys, and closing agents;
  • Capital partners and our assignee/end-buyer on a specific deal;
  • Service providers who operate the website, analytics, and communications on our behalf; and
  • Authorities or other parties where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal information to unrelated marketers.

7. Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you, run our business, and meet legal and record-keeping requirements, after which we delete or de-identify it. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 5).

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
